Replacement fob for Solax transformer

The fob was attempted to be delivered two days after ordering, however the company requires a delivery signature and we weren’t home so a redelivery was set up and in the process the small envelope got lost so it took 5 additional days. This was not Southern Mobility’s fault but be aware that you must sign for the products. The fob had to be reprogrammed and Andrew walked me through the very simple process on the phone and also sent instructions by email. This company is a customer friendly place. After the wonderful experience with the fob, I ordered replacement keys also so that we again have a backup if a key gets lost. The only thing I didn’t like and understand was the high shipping/handling for a small item dropped into a small envelope.
